"Pleasantly aromatic with hints of nuts and white flowers."

"This aromatic, textured, and spicy white wine from the village of Sablet offers notes of apples, cooked lemons, ground almonds, and toasted herbs. Medium-bodied with an appealing palate, it is lively and concentrated on the finish." (James Suckling 2024)

Rated estate (2018 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

For three generations, the Pasquiers estate has been producing Côtes-du-Rhône, Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Plan-de-Dieu, and Gigondas wines. The Plan-de-Dieu terroir is dominated by red clay covered with rounded pebbles, while Gigondas is located close to the famous Dentelles de Montmirail. The vinification and aging processes favor gentle extraction and integrated oak. The range is well defined and each vintage offers a very good synthesis.
