Skalli Grand Vin - Côtes-du-Rhône Les Rabassières Blanc 2009
“Les Rabassières” refers to “Rabasse,” which means “truffle” in Provençal—a tribute to the Plan de Dieu region, where this cuvée originates, which was renowned for its abundance of truffle oaks. A supple and captivating Côtes-du-Rhône with fresh summer fruit flavors (apricot, peach) and exotic notes of mango. The palate is fresh, revealing good balance with richness and a lovely finish, all of which come together in perfect harmony.
