“A fairly simple Ventoux style, but with good acidity and freshness. It also has good length. Full-bodied, yet definitely fresh. The oak is subtle and well-balanced. A slight mineral note on the finish. Made from grapes grown in vineyards located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level.” (Decanter 2024)
