Syrah (50%), Grenache, and Carignan combine in this oak-aged cuvée. Captivating, rich, and powerful, the nose develops aromas of red and black fruits and iris, nuanced with balsamic notes. Fruity aromas (blackberry, blackcurrant, and cherry) are found in a delicate attack, followed by woody licorice notes in a full-bodied, velvety texture built on fine tannins. The finish is long, fresh, and floral. Substance and potential. " (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017)

About the estate:
The ideal place for those who want to discover the best Languedoc wines that remain faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a cellar. They age selected vintages at the wineries where they purchase them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of origin. A wide range of delicious wines, including many successful vintages and a few amazing surprises.

About the estate:

About wine:
Black color, young. Fresh and fruity nose (blackcurrant, plum, cherry). A very supple, very tender Roussillon that emphasizes freshness. With this wine, we return to the fundamentals, namely the pleasure of fruit. You can't help but love it. Perfect for summer barbecues.
