Rated estate (2025 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the estate:

The ideal place for those who want to discover the best Languedoc wines that remain faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a cellar. They age selected vintages at the wineries from which they purchase them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of origin. A wide range of delicious wines, including many successful vintages and a few amazing surprises.

About the estate:

About wine:

The oak has left clear traces of vanilla, coconut, and mocha on the fruit. But the blueberry and blackcurrant are ripe and pure, and there is a delicious undertone of purple sage. The tannins are elegant, moderate, and fresh.
