About the estate:
The perfect choice for anyone who wants to discover fine Languedoc wines that remain true to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without their own cellars. They age the selected vintages at the wineries from which they purchase them, respecting the original flavors and terroirs. A wide, delightful selection featuring many excellent wines and a few stunning surprises.

About the estate:
Laurent Calmel, a winemaker, teamed up with Jérôme Joseph to found a wine merchant firm in 1995 that specializes in regional wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon. The duo launched their own label in 2007. They select the vineyard plots, vinify the grapes, and age the wines.

Wine rated (2024 guide) 16,5/20
Rated "Recommended"
About the wine:
The oak has left distinct notes of vanilla, coconut, and mocha on the fruit. But the blueberry and blackcurrant are ripe and pure, and there are delightful hints of purple sage in the background. The tannins are elegant, moderate, and fresh.
