"Richness and freshness are the two hallmarks of this white wine"
“Vermentino, which makes up the majority of this wine—blended with Grenache and Macabeu—is highly prized in Roussillon for its aromatic profile and, above all, its freshness. This expressive white wine is a fine example, opening with floral notes of almond blossom and fruity hints of peach. It is full-bodied and generous on the palate, well-balanced between roundness and liveliness, with a touch of fresh almond on the finish.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026)

About the estate:
All that remains of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks is the magnificent tower nestled against the rock face. Jean and Bernard Dauré purchased the estate in 1974. The mid-19th-century silkworm farm now houses the Contemporary Art Space, which is located next to one of the first winemaker-run restaurants established in France, open during the summer. The vineyard covers 90 hectares.
