This beautiful blend of Grenache Noir, Carignan, and Syrah produces a red wine that opens with notes of red berries, black cherry, and sloe. Blueberry and blackcurrant emerge on the palate, accompanied by mineral undertones, with a long, fresh finish featuring black pepper and powdery tannins... A real success!

Food and Wine Pairings
A wine that is full-bodied, fresh, and fruity, it pairs perfectly with game bird terrines, spit-roasted poultry, and lamb. This charming wine also pairs well with cheeses such as Osso Iraty or Savoie tommes...

A good vintage, with fruity notes, best enjoyed with red meats—or even veal—and pairs well with cheese. Store it for 3 to 5 years to allow it to develop its full flavor and body.

A pleasant wine, though a bit pricey in terms of value for money.
