About the estate:

Pierre-Henri de La Fabrègue, a well-known winemaker, restaurateur, and hotelier who took over the estate in 1993, has brought it to new heights. The estate’s 90 hectares—27 of which are organic—produce Muscat-de-Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes, and dry wines, both AOC and IGP. A wide-ranging production well known to readers of the Guide.
