About the estate:

The Domaine de Rombeau has been in the family since 1810. Pierre-Henri de La Fabrègue—a well-known winemaker, restaurateur, and hotelier who took the helm in 1993—has brought new vitality to the estate. The estate’s 90 hectares—27 of which are organically farmed—produce Muscat-de-Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes, and dry wines, both AOC and IGP. It offers a wide range of wines that are well known to readers of the Guide.

A full-bodied wine to be enjoyed on its own. The alcohol is noticeable but balanced by lovely citrus notes (blood orange). It has a wonderful freshness that gives it a charming, youthful character.
