“A true wine for fine dining!”

The intense, aromatic nose reveals notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate, the lively structure blends harmoniously with the buttery notes imparted by oak aging. Flavors of mild spices and white and yellow fruits fill the palate.

About the estate:

The Domaine de Rombeau has been in the family since 1810. Pierre-Henri de La Fabrègue, a well-known winemaker, restaurateur, and hotelier who took the helm in 1993, has brought new vitality to the estate. From the estate’s 90 hectares—27 of which are organic—come Muscat-de-Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes, and dry wines, both AOC and IGP. A wide-ranging production well known to readers of the Guide.
