“A true wine for fine dining!”

The intense, aromatic nose reveals notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate, the lively structure harmonizes with the buttery character imparted by aging in oak barrels. Flavors of mild spices and white and yellow fruits delight the palate.

The estate’s 90 hectares—27 of which are organic—produce Muscat-de-Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes, and dry wines, both AOC and IGP. A wide-ranging production well known to readers of the Guide.
