Rated estate (2023 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

Paul Old cultivates these old vines using biodynamic methods in the region between Corbières and Roussillon. His minimalist approach in the cellar yields some standout wines (Prioundo and L'Extrême, both whites) but also some less successful ones, with certain vintages suffering from excessive carbonation and, at times, a lack of clarity. However, the wines age well and benefit from aeration.
