In a bold blend of the three Grenache varieties planted in 1898, this low-yield cuvée (6 hl/ha) offers aromas of white peach, cut grass, and honey. The wine exhibits a lovely balance between stone fruit and acidity, with a light, airy, and refreshing palate. The briny finish provides a lovely length.

About the estate:

Paul Old cultivates these old vines using biodynamic methods between Corbières and Roussillon. His minimalist approach in the cellar yields some high points (Prioundo and L’Extrême, white wines) but also some low points, with excessive carbonation in certain vintages and, at times, a lack of clarity. However, the wines age well, and aeration is beneficial for them.
