"A glimpse of their talents!"

This 100% Grenache is named "Sinopia," after the red-orange pigment found in some of the estate's soils. Delicious aromas of raspberry, cherry, and redcurrant coat the palate. This is a wine to share with friends, paired with red meat or pizza!

Wine rated (2025 guide) 16,5/20

About wine:

I love this juicy, playful wine, bursting with red cherry aromas. It's like a mini Negroni, without the bitterness or alcohol. The tannins play hide-and-seek, sometimes twirling through the fruit, sometimes creeping under a puddle of wild blackberries. Notes of cinnamon linger on the finish. As Australians would say, it's "crushable" (easy to drink). (TC)

Wine rated (2025 guide) 92/100

About wine:

Very light notes of black cherry with a soft, powdery touch of chalk, light notes of black tea, bay leaf, and sweet menthol. Light and very fresh on the palate, soft on the finish but very pleasant overall.

Note and opinion by Mr. GILLES D. Published on 04/21/2025

An interesting discovery, certainly, but not really one of my favorites. This natural, unadorned cuvée offers a fluid structure and great freshness, with fine, light tannins infused with bright, tangy red fruits reminiscent of blood orange and small red berries. Short finish. Charming presentation. Highly drinkable, some will see it as the perfect summer red, ideal for football evenings with friends over chorizo or anchovy pizza, if you want to stay local. Score: 3.4.
