“A glimpse of their talents!”
This 100% Grenache is named "Sinopia," a name inspired by the reddish-orange pigment found in some of the estate's soils. Rich aromas of raspberry, cherry, and redcurrant coat the palate. It's a wine to share with friends, paired with red meat or pizza!

About wine:
I love this juicy, playful wine, bursting with red cherry aromas. It’s like a mini Negroni, without the bitterness or the alcohol. The tannins play hide-and-seek, sometimes dancing through the fruit, sometimes creeping beneath a patch of wild blackberries. Notes of cinnamon linger on the finish. As the Australians would say, “crushable” (easy to drink). (TC)

About wine:
Very light notes of black cherry with a soft, powdery hint of chalk, along with subtle notes of black tea, bay leaf, and mild menthol. Light and very fresh on the palate, with a smooth finish but very pleasant overall.

Obviously, this wine is a bit too young, but tasting it the next day gives an idea of how it will develop—it will improve with age.

An interesting find, to be sure, but not really the kind of wine I’m particularly fond of. This unadorned, natural cuvée offers a smooth, refreshing structure with fine, light tannins, infused with vibrant, tangy red fruit notes reminiscent of blood orange and small red berries. Short finish. Charming presentation. Highly drinkable, some will see it as the quintessential summer red, ideal for soccer nights with friends over chorizo or anchovy pizzas, if you want to keep it local. Score: 3.4.
