Jacquère

The old vines truly shine in this unique Jacquère, crafted for fine dining. Almost minty, the wine offers a precise, mineral palate, taut with notes of zest, stone fruit, white flowers, pear, and citrus. The delicate acidity and salinity on the finish bring complexity and a lovely length. Our palate is delighted from start to finish. A marvel!

Food and wine pairings

Food and wine pairings

Perfect as an aperitif and with river fish (or cold hake), certain seafood (such as mussels marinière, rather than oysters or raw shellfish, where the briny flavor might overpower the wine). It also pairs beautifully with certain mild cheeses, such as Reblochon, goat cheeses that aren’t overly aged, and a creamy Saint-Marcellin.
