About the estate:
Established in the late 19th century, this estate, situated atop the Monbazillac hillsides, was acquired in 1977 by Jacques Blais, who expanded and developed it. Today, it comprises 14 hectares clustered around the cellars. In 2014, Romain Claveille, a young 28-year-old winemaker, acquired it. His goal is to revitalize the estate’s image by crafting delicious, “terroir-driven” wines.
