Its long ageing period makes it a concentrated wine that's perfect for laying down. Its strong personality is revealed through a present but well-integrated woodiness, as well as a beautiful tension that brings vivacity to finish on a lovely fresh fruit, all in finesse. A high-potential Cahors.

About the domain :
One day... Stéphane Azémar, an architect by training, and Véronique, an archaeologist, left the Paris region to settle in 1999 on a small property in Duravel, a village sheltered from the north wind by an arc of hills, and make wine their profession. Their vineyard (7 ha on the 3eterrasse of the Lot) is certified organic. They also produce saffron.
