(2015 vintage notes)
finesse

ageing wine

Its long aging process makes it a concentrated wine, ideal for cellaring. Its strong personality is revealed through its present but well-integrated oakiness and a beautiful tension that brings liveliness, ending with a lovely fresh fruitiness and finesse. A Cahors wine with great potential.

About the estate:

One day... Stéphane Azémar, an architect by training, and Véronique, an archaeologist, left the Paris region in 1999 to settle on a small property in Duravel, a village sheltered from the north wind by a range of hills, and make winegrowing their profession. They run their vineyard (7 hectares on the third terrace of the Lot) as a certified organic operation. They also produce saffron.
