Domaine Mouthes Le Bihan

Domaine Mouthes Le Bihan produced its first vintage in 2000. Not being trained oenologists, the Le Bihans decided not to intervene during the winemaking process: no additives are used (yeasts, enzymes, etc.), they simply monitor and taste the wine. As a result, fermentation times are unpredictable, sometimes ending with the following vintage.

Convinced that the quality of the wine comes above all from the quality of the grapes, they cultivate the Domaine Mouthes Le Bihan vineyard using organic farming methods.
