"An aromatic and powerful Fronton that is definitely worth discovering!"

"The intensity of the color is matched by that of the nose, which opens with red fruit, menthol, and a wilder, animal note. On the palate, the wine is round and rich, with a subtle acidity that gives it dynamism and length." (Le Guide Hachette 2024)

Hachette Wine Guide

Guide Hachette des vins

Wine noted (guide 2024) 1*Star (Very successful wine)

Rated estate (2022 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)

About wine:

The intensity of the color is matched by that of the nose, which opens with red fruit, menthol, and a wilder, animal note. On the palate, the wine is round and rich, with a subtle acidity that gives it dynamism and length.

About the estate:

A computer scientist and Parisian in a previous life, Guy Salmona switched to winegrowing in Fronton when he bought this estate. In 2009, he began converting his 45 hectares of vines to organic farming (now complete). A sure bet in the Fronton region.
