“A superb example of Jurançon!”
A delicate cuvée with a very typical and harmonious balance of acidity and body. Its refined, powerful, and well-structured profile gives it the aging potential of a great wine. You’ll find aromas of citrus, peaches, mangoes, candied fruit, and honey. Over time, it will evolve into notes of hazelnuts, roasted aromas, white truffles, and green walnuts.

About the wine:
More intense and complex, Suprême de Thou 2021 is a fine example of the aromatic richness of Petit Manseng: mango, lime, passion fruit...
About the estate:
Owned by the same family for four generations, this estate is located on the hillsides of La Chapelle-de-Rousse, home to some of the appellation’s most renowned terroirs. In addition to the traditional Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, Henri Lapouble-Laplace strives to cultivate (using organic farming methods, certified since 2010) other traditional Jurançon grape varieties: Lauzet, Camaralet, and Petit Courbu. This area produces particularly lively and fragrant wines that age with rare grace and intensity. It is a shame to drink them too young, before they have developed the full aromatic complexity of which they are capable, particularly those precious notes of black truffle that contribute to the magic of Jurançon. Intense and full of panache, these vintages do not follow the trend of tart, low-quality wines!
