"An outstanding example of Jurançon!"
A delicate cuvée with a very typical and harmonious balance of acidity and sweetness. A refined, powerful, and structured palate gives it an aging potential worthy of a great wine. You will find aromas of citrus fruits, peaches, mangoes, candied fruits, and honey. Over time, it will evolve towards scents of hazelnuts, roasted coffee, white truffles, and green walnuts.

About wine:
More incisive and complex, Suprême de Thou 2021 is a fine example of the aromatic fantasy of Petit Manseng: mango, lime, passion fruit...
About the estate:
Owned by the same family for four generations, this estate is located on the hillsides of La Chapelle-de-Rousse, home to some of the appellation's most renowned terroirs. In addition to the traditional Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng varieties, Henri Lapouble-Laplace strives to cultivate (using organic farming methods, certified since 2010) other traditional Jurançon grape varieties: Lauzet, Camaralet, and Petit Courbu. This area produces particularly lively and fragrant wines, which age with rare grace and intensity. It would be a shame to drink them too young, before they have developed their full aromatic complexity, particularly those precious notes of black truffle that contribute to the magic of Jurançon. Intense and full of panache, these vintages do not follow the trend for tart, low-quality wines!
