About the estate:

Owned by the same family for four generations, this estate is located on the hillsides of La Chapelle-de-Rousse, home to some of the appellation’s most renowned terroirs. In addition to the traditional Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, Henri Lapouble-Laplace strives to cultivate (using organic farming methods, certified since 2010) other traditional Jurançon grape varieties: Lauzet, Camaralet, and Petit Courbu. This area produces particularly lively and fragrant wines that age with rare grace and intensity. It is a shame to drink them too young, before they have developed the full aromatic complexity of which they are capable, particularly those precious notes of black truffle that contribute to the magic of Jurançon. Intense and full of panache, these vintages do not follow the trend of tart, low-quality wines!
