Nose: spices, orange, quince. Palate: ripe, elegant, and velvety tannins. Black fruits and hints of mocha (a striking impression!) Conclusion: a fresh and harmonious palate for a superb, refined winter wine that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes—not just stews and hot pots!
