“A sweet wine of great elegance, perfectly balanced”

The 2019 Vendémiaire captivates with its generous bouquet of candied dried fruits, accented by exotic and honeyed notes. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied, silky texture, utterly indulgent, with an aromatic intensity that lingers for a long time. A true celebratory wine, it pairs perfectly with a foie gras terrine or tropical-flavored desserts.

About the wine:

Medium gold color. A pure, intensely sweet aroma of apricots and bitter orange, with a hint of dried herbs. Delicious and hard to spit out: sweet and slightly viscous, yet intensely fresh, with flavors of apricots and pineapple. Succulent and long on the palate, the oak is completely integrated and is only noticeable in a complementary texture that is both round and slightly clinging. This is not an overly complex wine, but it is a beautifully balanced sweet wine.
