The 2023 Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett is pure, intense, and elegant, with a complex, full-bodied nose featuring mineral and citrus notes. This Riesling is rich and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe, lingering mineral acidity and intense fruit. It is an expressive and distinctive Riesling, with a very pronounced mineral character. 9% alcohol by volume. Natural cork. Tasted at the estate in January 2025. 2025–2060

Very pale. Appealing, yet not overly smoky, and already complex. Creamy, with notes of lemon and perfectly ripe apricots. Deep, yet always lively and expressive, typical of a Kabinett. Both creamy and precise. 2026–2035

The 2023 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett initially displays a reductive aroma that takes time to dissipate, revealing only fleeting hints of green apple. However, on the palate it is superbly lively, with a radiant lightness and lemony freshness, dancing carefree. It exudes its lemony fragrance and charm with lightness and grace. An elfin Kabinett par excellence. 2026–2056
