The Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett 2023 is pure, intense, and elegant, with a complex and ample nose featuring mineral and citrus notes. This Riesling is rich and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe, lingering mineral acidity and intense fruit. It is an expressive and distinctive Riesling with a very pronounced mineral expression. 9% alcohol declared. Natural cork. Tasted at the estate in January 2025. 2025-2060

Very pale. Appealing, but without excessive smokiness, and already complex. Creamy, with notes of lemon and perfectly ripe apricots. Deep, but still lively and expressive, typical of a Kabinett. Both creamy and precise. 2026-2035
