"Sur un air de blouge... (80% Gewurztraminer - 20% Pinot Noir!) "
"The bouquet is clear, precise and fresh on the nose, offering aromas of cherry, flowers and tropical fruit. Elegant and highly refined on the palate, it's dense and finely tannic, yet light to medium-bodied, finely textured and savory, with a long finish, delicate, spicy tannins and an undeniably Pinot character. In reality, this is a Gewurztraminer (at least 80%), and these aromas only reveal themselves on the finish, and only if you know it's a Gewurztraminer. This is a serious, even complex wine, persistent and stimulating" (Wine Advocate 2025).

About the wine:
Rien ne Bouge 2023, cherry-colored, is a white wine whose must has been racked directly from the press onto the pomace of a red Pinot Noir (like Zusslin's Ophry). The bouquet is clear, precise and fresh on the nose, offering aromas of cherry, flowers and tropical fruit. This is a serious, even complex, persistent and stimulating wine, officially classified as a rosé, but sold as a red wine at the estate. Declared alcohol content: 13.5%. Glass stopper. Tasted at Domaine Deiss in November 2024.

About the wine:
Dark rosé color in Rien ne Bouge, peppery and floral notes, gently infused and refined.
About the domain :
Mathieu [Deiss] has also created the Vignoble du Rêveur from his mother's vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces top-flight orange wines). The wines are out of the ordinary for the region, which is a little disconcerting for the consumer, but the result is magnificent. A few years of hindsight allow us to analyze the precision of terroir definitions and the ability of these wines to manage their own balance. To be discovered at the estate: the unique experience of geo-sensory tasting, which enables you to understand the relationship between the characteristics of the wine and the terroir in which it was born.

About the wine:
This extraordinary natural wine, made from gewurztraminer fermented on pinot noir skins, has a pale red or orange color. It's bursting with aromas of summer flowers and cooked nectarines, with a full, medium-bodied palate. Its energy and minerality make it dance on your palate despite its power. Made from Demeter-certified biodynamically grown grapes. Unfiltered. For drinking or storing. Glass stopper.
