"This natural wine is both wild and magnificent, with a wealth of candied orange and floral honey aromas on a full-bodied but very lively palate. I don't know where its 15% alcohol content is hiding, but the touch of sweetness certainly has something to do with it. The fine tannins develop impressively in the very expressive finish. Mathieu [Deiss] also created the Vignoble du Rêveur from his mother's vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces high-quality orange wines, among other things).
