Mathieu [Deiss] has also created the Vignoble du Rêveur from his mother's vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces top-flight orange wines). About the wine:

This natural wine is both wild and beautiful, with a richness of candied orange and floral honey aromas on a full-bodied but very lively palate. I'm not sure where its 15% alcohol content lies, but the touch of sweetness certainly has something to do with it. The fine tannins develop impressively on the very expressive finish. A cuvée of pinot gris, gewurztraminer, riesling and muscat. Made from Demeter-certified biodynamically grown grapes. For drinking or storing. Glass stopper.
