"This vintage and a good foie gras... a dream come true at the table!"

Artisan 2021 has a wide range of aromas on the nose, with notes of papaya, candied orange, rose petals, and toasted malt. Vinous and tannic, the palate offers a lovely citrusy liveliness. A cuvée to be enjoyed with a good foie gras, for example... (Orange wine is a white wine made using maceration.) Packaged with a glass stopper.

About the estate:

Mathieu [Deiss] also created the Vignoble du Rêveur from his mother's vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces high-quality orange wines, among other things). The wines are unusual for the region, which can be a little confusing for consumers, but the result is magnificent. With a few years' hindsight, it is possible to analyze the precision of the terroir definitions and the ability of these wines to maintain their own balance. Discover the estate's unique geo-sensory tasting experience, which allows you to understand the relationship between the characteristics of the wine and the terroir where it was born.
