Un Instant sur Terre was born from amphorae. Made from clay and stoneware, these amphorae, in which the wine was vinified and macerated for eight months, give it roundness and richness. The bouquet offers fragrances of rose, apricot, mirabelle plum, and raisin. The mouthfeel is mouthwatering and silky, an ode to pleasure. Packaged with a glass stopper.

Rated estate (2023 guide) Cité

About the estate:

Mathieu [Deiss] also created the Vignoble du Rêveur from his mother's vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces high-quality orange wines, among other things). The wines are unusual for the region, which can be a little confusing for consumers, but the result is magnificent. With a few years' hindsight, it is possible to analyze the precision of the terroir definitions and the ability of these wines to maintain their own balance. Discover the estate's unique geo-sensory tasting experience, which allows you to understand the relationship between the characteristics of the wine and the terroir where it was born.

Review and opinion by Mr. CHRISTIAN G. Published on 08/30/2023

Less exciting than the 2019, but very representative of good macerated wines.
