"This vintage paired with a good foie gras... a dream come true at the table!"

Artisan 2021 offers a rich array of aromas on the nose, with notes of papaya, candied orange, rose petals, and toasted malt. Full-bodied and tannic, the palate delivers a lovely zesty liveliness. A wine best enjoyed with a fine foie gras, for example... (Orange wine is a white wine made through maceration) Bottled with a glass stopper

About the estate:

Mathieu [Deiss] also founded the Vignoble du Rêveur using his mother’s vineyards in Bennwihr (where he produces, among other things, top-tier orange wines). The wines are unconventional for the region, which can be a bit disorienting for the consumer, but the result is magnificent. With a few years of hindsight, we can analyze the precision of the terroir definitions and these wines’ ability to maintain their own balance. Don’t miss the estate’s unique geo-sensory tasting experience, which helps you understand the relationship between the wine’s characteristics and the terroir that gave birth to it.
