“A Gamay for sunny tapas!”

This Beaujolais-Villages Vieilles Vignes comes from high-altitude vines planted on sandy, granite-rich soil midway up the hillside, which promotes rapid ripening; this is undoubtedly the earliest-ripening area in Beaujolais. Whole-cluster vinification is essential to ensure that this cuvée fully expresses the fruit and complexity of the small plot of land where it was grown.
