I’m not objective when it comes to Gamay, which I particularly love—just like Syrah, for that matter. This cuvée, with its unexpected intensity, could easily make this top-tier Beaujolais pass for a Northern Rhône wine. To me, this winemaker is a true master of wine. It’s worth discovering and sharing. I’m willing to bet that even fans of tannic, oaky blends will appreciate it.
