veal paupiettes

Our expertise is further demonstrated by this cuvée of Gamay grapes aged an average of 60 years and grown on weathered granite, foothills and ancient alluvium. Violet, cherry and kirch express themselves on the nose before revealing a fruity, full-bodied palate with fine but present tannins. Character and everything to please.

Domaine noté (guide 2022) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)

About the domain :

On the borders of Burgundy and Beaujolais, this château takes its name from Sieur Bonnet, alderman of the town of Mâcon, who built a manor house here in 1630, where Lamartine later stayed. Acquired by the Perrachon family in 1973, the estate now boasts 22 ha of vines. Pierre-Yves Perrachon, head of the estate since 1988, was joined in 2013 by his daughter Charlotte, a nologist. He has also joined forces with a winegrower from the Mâconnais region to complete his operation with a trading structure, Bourgogne Sélect.
