Bonnet Castle
Château Bonnet, located in the Beaujolais region, is owned by Pierre-Yves Perrachon. Today, Pierre-Yves is assisted by his daughter Charlotte. The estate produces high-quality wines with diverse styles across several Beaujolais appellations: Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent, Juliénas, Saint-Amour, and Beaujolais-Villages. Together, Charlotte and Pierre-Yves cultivate 22 hectares of vineyards across various appellations: Chénas, Juliénas, Saint-Amour, Moulin-à-Vent, and Beaujolais-Villages (white and red).

The terroirs of Château Bonnet are diverse; soils derived from granite rocks and piedmonts for the Chénas and Moulin-à-Vent vines, the Saint-Amour wines develop on schist, while the Juliénas express their finesse on volcanic rocks. Château Bonnet operates according to the Terra Vitis approach, a quality initiative aimed at producing high-quality wines through sustainable and ecological viticulture! Harvesting is done by hand; Beaujolais is one of the few wine regions in the world where harvesting must be done by hand. The distinctive character of Beaujolais wines is achieved through the maceration of whole grape clusters.
