Château Bonnet
Château Bonnet, in the Beaujolais region, is owned by Pierre-Yves Perrachon. Today, Pierre-Yves is assisted by his daughter Charlotte. The estate produces wines of varied quality and expression in a wide range of Beaujolais appellations: Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent, Juliénas, Saint-Amour, Beaujolais-Villages. Together, Charlotte and Pierre-Yves cultivate 22 hectares of vines in different appellations: Chénas, Juliénas, Saint-Amour, Moulin à Vent and Beaujolais Villages (white and red).

Château Bonnet 's terroirs are diverse: soils derived from granitic rock and piemonts for the Chénas and Moulin à Vent vines, Saint-Amour evolves on schist, while the Juliénas express their finesse on volcanic rock. Château Bonnet works in accordance with the Terra Vitis approach, a quality approach aimed at producing quality wines through sustainable and ecological viticulture! The Beaujolais is one of the few vineyards in the world where the grapes are harvested by hand. The typical Beaujolais wines are obtained by maceration of the grapes in whole bunches.
