Estate rated "Recommended" (Wine producer recommended by Robert Parker—The Wine Advocate)
About the wine:
The 2019 Reignac Blanc opens with notes of white pepper, dill seeds, and fresh hay, with a core of lemon tart and Golden Delicious apples. Medium-bodied, it is refreshing and straightforward on the palate, offering good intensity of spicy apple flavors and a savory finish.

About the wine:
Aged in amphora and concrete, this white wine has a delightfully crisp texture, with soft, slightly chalky fruit notes on a delicate and delicious palate. Beautifully structured.
About the estate:
This year, Yves and Stéphanie Vatelot celebrated their 30th anniversary at the helm of Reignac. From the very beginning, the couple has gone all out to position their Bordeaux Supérieurs at the highest level by following the advice of Michel Roland. With the arrival of director Nicolas Lesaint in 2009, cultivation methods have evolved to align more closely with organic practices. This effort is beginning to show in the wines, despite aging that is still somewhat intrusive. Extraction is more precise thanks to six small truncated-cone-shaped tanks designed to reflect the specific characteristics of each vineyard plot.
