About the estate:
Yves and Stéphanie Vatelot belong to a generation of business leaders who became winemakers some twenty years ago. They have greatly enhanced the potential of this estate, both in the vineyard and in the cellars. Advised by Michel Rolland, they produce red and white wines of exemplary quality and consistency, ranking them among the leaders of the appellation.

Rated estate (2023 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)
About the estate:
Yves and Stéphanie Vatelot celebrated 30 years at the helm of Reignac this year. From the outset, the couple has invested heavily in positioning their Bordeaux wines at the highest level, following the advice of Michel Roland. With the arrival of director Nicolas Lesaint in 2009, cultivation methods have evolved to become more organic. This work is beginning to show in the wines, despite a still intrusive aging process. Extractions are more precise thanks to six small truncated cone vats that allow for parcel-by-parcel processing.
