Aligoté is a very old plant and Burgundy's second most important white grape variety. This fairly vigorous white grape variety has become very fashionable in recent years and produces a delicious, young, trendy, slightly offbeat white wine. With floral and citrus notes, it has a pale gold color and stimulates the taste buds with its beautiful energy. It has pep, and not just because of the 60-year-old vines, which also bring elegance and depth.
