Domaine Arnoux - Chorey-lès-Beaune rouge 2022
1*Étoile
Hachette
"A wine for pleasure, supple, fruity and moderately tannic".
"This wine, with its limpid ruby hue, opens with a light perfume of black berries and licorice. On the palate, it offers good volume, smoothness and roundness, underpinned by ripe tannins and soft oak. A gourmet Chorey, already pleasant, but which will also age serenely". (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

The Domaine owns twenty-two hectares of vines, including eight hectares of red Chorey and one hectare of white Chorey, the rest are spread over Savigny, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune and Pernand-Vergelesses. The entire harvest is bottled bottled. Pascal Arnoux and his wife Caroline are now assisted by their son Jean-Baptiste in the vinification and their daughter Audrey for marketing and communications. In certain years, the quality of the grapes allows us to keep around 20% of the whole harvest, balance is always important; we want to promote aromatic complexity while preserving substance, the tannins must the wine".
