“The latest vintage from the Louis Bersan cuvée: a rich, fresh, and velvety organic Chardonnay—simply delicious!”

Grown on a magnificent Chardonnay plot called "Mouillepain," this 2023 Côtes d'Auxerre offers fresh, delicious aromas of apricot, white peach, acacia flowers, and more tertiary notes of toasted bread. The palate is full and velvety, with a refreshing, mouth-watering, and pleasant tension that extends into a clean, lemony, and subtly salty finish.
