Domaine Bersan

The family Bersan is one of the historic families of Saint-Bris-Le-Vineux. Once spanning 40 hectares (Bersan & Fils), the estate is now divided into two parts. Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe Bersan In 2009, they decided to shift the focus of their 22-hectare vineyard toward a different approach to viticulture, which they saw as a return to their roots. Since 2012, the vineyards have been certified and managed using organic farming methods. This natural approach to vineyard management brings out the terroir’s characteristics, resulting in purer, more authentic wines. The terroirs range from limestone to marl and even clay, giving the wines freshness and fruity aromas of varying intensity.
