Domaine Bersan - Côtes d'Auxerre Cuvée Louis Bersan rouge 2023
2*Étoiles
Hachette
"A favourite of the Hachette guide every year, discover the new vintage of this sublime Pinot Noir with character".
Produced from three parcels: "Vau de Pissou", "Le Clou" and "La Ronce", this Pinot Noir opens with intensity and finesse, with gourmet scents of morello cherry, redcurrant, wild strawberry and sweet spices. Its full, fleshy attack gives way to an airy touch and silky tannins, stretched out in a long, fresh, greedy, salivating finish.

Light red wine, long on the palate, very Burgundy-like. Very good.
