About the estate:

The village of Saint-Bris, in the Yonne department, is home to several Bersans. Founded in 2009 after a family split, Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe's estate covers 22 hectares spread across the communes of Chablis, Irancy, and Saint-Bris, and is certified organic (since 2012).
