This Chablis, from the exceptional 2015 vintage, is vibrant and flavorful. It immediately offers a bouquet of exotic fruits, citrus, and floral notes, all enhanced by a distinct liveliness. On the palate, the fruit comes through, and the wine’s richness lends it a lovely roundness. The finish is enlivened by a subtle bitterness against notes of lemon and a hint of oak. About the estate:

The village of Saint-Bris, in the Yonne department, is home to several members of the Bersan family. Founded in 2009 following a family split, the estate owned by Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe comprises 22 hectares spread across the communes of Chablis, Irancy, and Saint-Bris, which are farmed organically (certified since 2012).
