About the estate:
The village of Saint-Bris, in the Yonne department, is home to several members of the Bersan family. Founded in 2009 following a family split, Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe’s estate comprises 22 hectares spread across the municipalities of Chablis, Irancy, and Saint-Bris, all cultivated using organic methods (certified since 2012).
