"A Chablis from this estate offers delightful precision and refreshing minerality—you’ll never get tired of tasting it!"

Slightly spicy, the nose of this Chablis offers aromas of citrus and green apple. Delicate and fresh on the palate, it is crisp and precise, driven by minerality with citrus notes that linger in a beautifully long, delicious, and mouth-watering finish.

Wine rated (2025 guide) 90/100 (2022 vintage)

Rated Estate (2023 Guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or high-quality winemakers producing wines of a good standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

The Grossot estate stands out first and foremost for the remarkable quality of its generic Chablis wines. These are most often produced on the right bank of the Serein River, on slopes and terroirs that are in every respect comparable to those of their illustrious neighbors classified as Premier Cru. A note to lovers of terroir-driven Chablis: for those who appreciate the ripe, full-bodied character of Chardonnay lingering on the palate, and the beautiful bitter notes that evolve into hints of dry, fresh chalk after seven or eight years in the bottle, here is an authentic and well-structured range. The estate is in the final stages of its transition to organic farming.
