Rated estate (2023 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

The Grossot estate stands out first and foremost for the remarkable quality of its standard Chablis wines. These are most often produced on the right bank of the Serein River, on slopes and terroirs that are in every way comparable to those of their illustrious neighbors classified as Premier Cru. A note to lovers of terroir-driven Chablis: for those who appreciate the ripe texture of Chardonnay lingering on the palate, and the beautiful bitter notes evolving into hints of dry, fresh chalk after seven or eight years in the bottle, here is a sincere and well-structured range. The estate is completing its transition to organic farming.
