Domaine Chofflet
Established in Russily since 1710 on the hills above Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise, the Chofflet estate has been passed down from son-in-law to son-in-law for the past two generations.
The Chofflet estate is situated at an altitude of 370 meters and enjoys a unique microclimate thanks to the natural amphitheater that surrounds it. The 14-hectare vineyard has been certified as practicing sustainable viticulture since 2008.
