About the estate:

The village of Saint-Bris, in the Yonne department, is home to several Bersan estates. Founded in 2009 following a family split, the estate owned by Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe spans 22 hectares across the communes of Chablis, Irancy, and Saint-Bris, and is farmed organically (certified since 2012).
