“All the essence of the Mâcon-Solutré terroir in this ample Chardonnay with a simply delicious aromatic generosity!”
"In its brilliant pale gold color, this Solutré-Pouilly reveals aromas of exotic fruits and stone fruits, followed by fern and fresh hay. The palate is saline, taut and long, centered on white fruit flavors reminiscent of peach and pear. A fresh profile that calls for an oyster platter". (Guide Hachette 2026)

About the domain :
In 1946, Francis Auvigue joined forces with three other producer friends to create a small trading house specializing in Pouilly-Fuissé. Francis' grandsons Jean-Pierre and Michel took over in the 1970-75s, developing the other appellations of the Mâconnais. In 2017, the company took over a 7-hectare vineyard and moved into the old church in Fuissé, which had been converted into a wine-making and tasting and sales facility. Today, Sylvain Brenas, Francis' great-grandson, and Céline Hirsh are at the helm.
